Returns
We accept returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Items marked Final Sale are also not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return
To request a return, please email us at tomeojewelry@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us and we will take care of it. Return shipping address will be provided after your return request is approved. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos so we can assist you quickly.
